Mini Alpakka

100% alpaca

Mini Alpakka is a soft and comfortable yarn, which is approx. three times warmer than normal wool and thus the most insulating yarn we have in the range. The fibre is hollow, it's hair, and it breathes so it feels warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot. Alpaca does not contain lanolin.

Alpakka and Mini Alpakka use the same fibre and are made in different thickness's - Mini Alpakka is 3-thread yarn and Alpakka 4-thread yarn.
If washing in a machine, we recommend that all wool garments are washed separately on a wool program for the most gentle treatment. Spin well and dry the garment flat, preferably on top of a towel.
