55% merino wool and 45% pima cotton

Duo is a very comfortable year-round yarn. A good alternative for those who find wool itchy. The wool makes the yarn lighter, more elastic and insulates better than pure cotton. Cotton does not itch. The mixture of merino wool and cotton makes this quality a light and soft yarn that insulates well. A good alternative for those who find pure wool itchy.

If washing in a machine, we recommend that all wool garments are washed separately on a wool program for the most gentle treatment. Due to merino wool's unique absorbency, it is important to spin hand-knitted garments well, before drying them flat, preferably on top of a towel.
